Pressure Hot Water Boiler
It is ideally suited for the rubber and plywood industries where multi platen hot presses are used. In the conventional system steam flows through holes in the platens and the flow becomes so sluggish towards the end that condensate is formed and the trap bypass is required to be opened every now and then for the system to blow through to atmosphere. n the automobile factories hot water boiler is effectively utilized in paint booth section.
Pressure hot water boiler is an answer to this situation. Hot water at high temperature of around 180oC is made to flow through the system of platens where the volume of heating surface is small and hot water is made to sweep right over the small heating surfaces. The advantage of this system is that pressure hot water can go anywhere.
