Oil Fired Boiler
In this system highly pressurized fuel oil, preheated electrically wherever required due to high viscosity, is sprayed into a pressurized fully water cooled furnace through pressure jet burners and resultant flame and high temperature gases are made to go through rows of tubes at a high velocity undergoing three passes resulting in high residence time and high heat transfer rate. The resultant boiler efficiency soars to 82% +- 2%. The salient features of Multitech oil fired boilers include quick installation and commissioning, easy conversion to gas firing and high residence time of gases in radiant zone and convective zone ensuring high transfer rate.
