Fluidised Bed Boiler
Multitech Fludised Bed Boilers are uniquely designed for unmatched efficiency. It can use rice husk, palm fiber, deoiled cakes, any agro waste or high ash coal as fuel with steam output at around 82% efficiency.

High efficiency is derived from highly agitated and turbulent mixing of hot gas and fuel which remains in suspension with resultant high heat transfer and combustion rates as high as 98%.

There are many other advantages of fluidised bed boilers. A few of them are mentioned as follows.
  • Quick start from cold
  • Only one part time operator required
  • High turn down ration i.e., 1 : 4
  • Easy as removal and no soot blowing
  • Capacity 2 TPH - 30 TPH at pressure upto 450 p.s.i.
